Embark on a journey through Northen Italy.  Milano, Maggiore Lake, Romantic Venice, Emilia, the cradle of Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic Vinegar & Ferrari Cars, then Tuscany, Chianti, Wine & Food, Siena and Florence.  


We shall meet you in Milan, a city with charm and elegance hidden in the courtyards, noble residences and in the grandeur of landmarks such as its Gothic cathedral, the world's largest. Travelers of the past, described the city as: “striking and the cathedral is superb”. Cit. (Lord Byron)

Day 1 : Arrival in Milano Linate Airport – Pick-up & private transfer to the Hotel.

Accommodation in a boutique hotel, a corner of peace, in the heart of the city next to the Cathedral.

Day 2: After breakfast, meet & greet at the hotel with the Tour Leaders.

We shall be glad to offer you a walking tour of the city to see the most important landmarks, churches and museums if you wish. (Milan Guide by Simo, included)

We shall recommend and book for you, restaurants for dinner , to taste the typical Lombard cuisine.  

Day 3: single options activities to be booked and settled locally:

  • Visit Lake Maggiore & Borromeo Islands

  • Shop the High End Italian Fashion - Outlet

Day 4: We shall leave the city of Milan to travel East to Venice, the most amazing and beautiful Italian city. Truman Capote wrote: "Venice is like eating an entire box of liqueur chocolates in one go". 1961

Breakfast, early morning check-out, then Private van to Venice, Piazzale Roma, then water taxi or vaporetto (water bus) to hotel a small boutique hotel with a garden, nestled in the heart of Cannaregio neighbourhood.

Stroll the narrow streets of the Cannaregio “sestiere” (neighbourhood), get a taste of the city, and stop by a Venetian ‘Bacàro’ a Wine Bar to taste a Valdobbiadene Prosecco or a Spritz with small bites or ‘cichetti’.  

Day 5 -6 : Venice is a magical city with lots of museums, churches, monuments, famous bridges over canals, and the beautiful islands of Murano and Burano, which are famous for their crafts.

You will be free to explore the city at your own pace. You plan your own itinerary for day 5 & 6 as you prefer. The Tour Leaders will provide all information and will be available to guide and escort you in Venice, and suggest restaurants, bacàris (wine bars) and trattorias.

Day 7 : We shall say goodbye to Venice, to head south. We're going to take you to the Emilia region. The gastronomic, automobile and motorcycle excellence capital, the birthplace of Ferrari cars, balsamic vinegar, and Parmigiano just to mention a few. Also recognized for producing lesser-known, highly regarded wines that capture the spirit and climate of the region's rural communities, such Lambrusco and Pignoletto. 

A note to travelers, this region was home to Federico Fellini, the famous film director of “La Dolce Vita” who said: “Life is combination between Magic and Pasta” and yes, we Italians believe life is a delightful blend of moments filled with wonder, enchantment, surprise, as well as, simple everyday pleasures.

Not to forget this region is also home to Ing. Enzo Ferrari the father of Ferrari cars.

We will stay in a hotel in the heart of Ferrara with a view of the medieval Estense castle, home of the noble D’Este family.

Breakfast, then early morning check-out and then private van to Ferrara.  Stop at Chioggia, (La Piccola Venezia) on our way.

In Ferrara we shall accomodate in a small boutique hotel located in the heart of the city next to the Estense Castle.

Visit Ferrara, a small Renaissance gem on foot or you may rent a bike from the hotel, Tour Leaders available to escort you.

Tour Leaders shall be glad to suggest local trattorias or restaurants to taste and enjoy the local famous cuisine.  

Day 8 - 9 : single option activities to be booked and settled locally.

  • Visit Modena, wine tasting, Ferrari Museum and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese making.

  • Visit Bologna, walking tour and food tasting.

  • Visit Ravenna, walking tour and pasta making class.

  • Cycling Ferrara sorroundings.

Day 10 : This day will be devoted to the transfer to Tuscany, more specifically to the Chianti region, the land of the most noble wines such as Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino and the cradle of Renaissance Art and Architecture, and iconic cities, such as Siena and San Gimignano. Take off from Florence.

Day 11-12-13: single option activities to be booked and settled locally.

  • Visit Siena & San Gimignano

  • Visit Florence

  • Chianti Wine tasting

  • Cycle the Tuscan hills

Day 14: Early morning check-out, after breakfast, private van transfer to Florence – Train Station and/or Airport.
